Bio BB's

On May 1st 2010 the Redding Airsoft Team will be swiching over to bio BB’s. We are doing this do to the fact the 3 of the 4 fields we will be playing at are bio use only and the amont of BB’s on the ground that are at the main field just looks bad on us as a group. So, to help the owner of the field in keeping the field clean and it is also good for the enviorment. We are trying to find bio BB’s at a low cost till we do you can get bio BB’s at the

I acknowledge that playing airsoft carry risks. Plastic projectiles and other objects can cause serious injuries. Serious injuries may also occur during games or other activities my family, guests, or I may participate in or observe, including injuries, which may result from the action, inaction or negligence of others._______

I knowingly and voluntarily assume these and all other risks. I understand that the Redding Airsoft Team does not maintain health, medical or disability insurance for my benefit or the benefit of my family and that I will be responsible for the cost of any medical services incurred by or for us unless I obtain my own insurance.______

In consideration for the right to play with the Redding Airsoft Team, I on behalf of, as applicable, my minor children, heirs, personal representatives and assigns, hereby (a) release the Redding Airsoft Team, all of its parent and affiliate entities; the City of Redding, the County of Shasta; the officers, members, directors, contractors, employees, elected officials, umpires, referees, sponsors, advertisers, volunteers, and agents of any of the foregoing (collectively the “Released Parties”) from or with respect to any and all liability, from any cause whatsoever (including without limitation, negligence in rendering, or not rendering, medical or emergency aid), for any loss of life, bodily injury, property damage and or other loss I or my minor children may suffer or incur in, about or en route to or from the game area. (b) I waive all rights; they or I may have to make a claim against or to sue any Release Party for any such loss of life, injury, damage or other loss._______

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Redding Airsoft Team. I understand that I may be suspended from game area for dangerous, violent, abusive, offensive, and disruptive or other comparable conduct and agree to indemnify the Released Parties from the consequences of any such conduct, including attorneys’ fees and costs._______

I acknowledge the Redding Airsoft Team is not responsible for theft, lost items, property damage or vandalism. I consent to the use of my image and likeness in advertising and promotional materials without compensation.________

I authorize representatives of the Redding Airsoft Team to obtain emergency treatment for me or my minor children in the event of illness or injury._______

I agree that any action brought by me, or anyone on my behalf of me or my minor children, against any of the Released Parties shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the county in which the game area is located. If any provision hereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision._______
